Welcome to Nourish Feeding and Speech Therapy
We’re passionate about nourishing little bodies and minds.
At Nourish, we understand how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling to nurse, bottle feed, eat solid foods, or communicate. That’s why we bring speech and feeding therapy directly to your home, providing expert support within your child's everyday mealtimes and routines.
We believe parents play a vital role in their child's growth, so we take time to explain the "why" and "how" behind everything we do. You’ll be invited to participate in your child’s sessions and learn practical strategies that you can weave into natural, everyday moments.
Above all else, we want you to know that you don’t have to navigate communication and feeding challenges alone. We’ll be your partner every step of the way!

If you've been wondering why feeding or communication feels difficult for your child, an evaluation is the first step toward finding answers. We’ll listen closely to your concerns and identify your child’s strengths, as well as skills that may need additional support.
Whenever possible, we incorporate parent coaching and trial therapy into the evaluation itself, so you'll leave with practical strategies you can begin using right away. You'll receive recommendations, referrals if needed, and clear strategies to help your child grow and thrive.

If your baby is having difficulty breastfeeding or bottle feeding, we can help! Our feeding therapist will collaborate with your family and local healthcare providers to determine the root cause of your child’s feeding difficulties and create a tailored plan for treatment.
Infant feeding therapy focuses on helping you and your baby:
Latch and transfer milk from breast or bottle
Improve weight gain and follow their growth curve
Reduce reflux, gagging, coughing, and choking
Make feedings comfortable and pain-free
Your baby learns best when they feel safe, comfortable, and connected. We create a calm, responsive feeding environment, closely follow your baby's cues, and keep you close to one another throughout the process.

Whether your child is transitioning to solid foods, navigating picky eating, or having a hard time swallowing safely, we’ll uncover the root cause of their feeding difficulties and create a path forward. Our feeding therapist will focus on preparing food that your family already eats and helping your child develop safe feeding skills while having fun with food.
Pediatric feeding therapy will help your child:
Experience less stress at mealtimes
Playfully explore and try new foods
Wean from tube feeding
Swallow foods and drinks safely
Reduce reflux, gagging, coughing, choking, or vomiting
Decrease open mouth posture and tongue thrust
As a parent, you’ll be involved in every session, learning alongside your child and gaining strategies you can use at home right away. Our goal is to make mealtimes more enjoyable for the whole family!

Communication is about more than words. It's how children connect with the people and world around them. Through neurodiversity-affirming, play-based therapy, we support each child's individual learning style while helping them develop the skills they need to communicate with greater confidence and ease.
Speech and language therapy will help your child:
Express their wants and needs
Use gestures, words, and/or technology to communicate
Speak with clear speech sounds
Understand and follow directions
Joyfully communicate and socialize with others
Meet Your Speech & Feeding Therapist
Ashley Galletta, M.A., CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Over the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of helping children and families navigate a wide range of feeding, speech, and language challenges. My experience in private practice, home health, public schools, hospital rehabilitation, and NICU/PICU settings has shown me that meaningful progress happens when families feel informed, supported, and empowered.
I believe parents are the most important members of a child's team. Rather than asking you to sit back and watch, I invite you to take an active role in therapy sessions from day one. I want you to understand what we're doing in therapy, why we're doing it, and how to confidently use those same strategies during everyday moments at home.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and centered on connection. I build on each child's strengths, support their sensory and emotional needs, and respect their autonomy as they grow at their own pace.
Ultimately, my goal is to help your child feel connected to the people who love them and to make mealtimes a more joyful experience for the whole family!
